Processing time
Orders are processed and dispatched within. Orders placed on weekends or US holidays are processed on the next business day. If we are unable to ship your order within the stated time, we will notify you by email with a revised shipping date and give you the option to cancel for a full refund.
Shipping options and rates
- USPS Ground Advantage — Free: orders of $150.00 or more.
- USPS Ground Advantage — $4.90: orders up to $149.99.
- USPS Priority Mail — $6.90: 3–5 business days.
- USPS Priority Mail Express — $9.90: 1–2 business days.
Delivery estimates count business days from dispatch and are estimates provided by the carrier, not guarantees, except where the carrier itself offers a delivery guarantee.
Tracking
All shipping options include tracking. You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships.
Shipping address
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct at checkout. We are unable to redirect packages once they have been dispatched. Orders returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address may be reshipped.
Lost or damaged shipments
If your tracking shows no movement for several days, or your order arrives damaged, contact us at support@vantortimepieces.com with your order number and we will work with the carrier to resolve it.
