Return window
You may return any item within 60 days of delivery. There are no final-sale items: every product in the store is eligible for return under this policy.
Return shipping
Return shipping is free. Once your return is approved, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label. No restocking fee is charged.
How to start a return
- Use the store's self-service returns page, or email us at support@vantortimepieces.com with your order number.
- Select the item(s) you wish to return and the reason for the return.
- Once the return is approved, you will receive a prepaid return shipping label by email.
- Pack the item securely and ship it within the 60-day window using the label provided.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be issued. We will notify you by email when your refund has been processed.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at support@vantortimepieces.com as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the issue. We will resolve it at no cost to you.
