How to make a warranty claim
- Email support@vantortimepieces.com with your order number and a description of the issue.
- Include photos or a short video showing the problem, if possible.
- We'll review your claim and explain the next steps, including repair or replacement where the warranty applies.
Caring for your watch
- Avoid extreme temperatures. High heat and sudden temperature changes can affect movement and seals.
- Keep away from chemicals. Perfumes, solvents, and cleaning products can damage the case, finish, and strap.
- Mind the water. Only expose your watch to water within its stated water resistance, and avoid hot water, steam, and saunas.
- Clean gently. Wipe the case and crystal with a soft, dry cloth. For metal bracelets, a slightly damp cloth is fine — dry thoroughly afterward.
- Store it safely. Keep your watch in a dry place, ideally in its box or a soft pouch, away from direct sunlight.
Strap & battery care
Leather straps last longer when kept dry and out of direct sun. If your watch is battery-powered, have the battery replaced promptly when it runs low to avoid leakage.
