Shipping & delivery
How much does shipping cost and how long does it take?
- Free Shipping (USPS Ground Advantage): on orders of $150 or more.
- Standard Shipping (USPS Ground Advantage): $4.90 on orders under $150.
- Priority Mail: $6.90, arrives in 3–5 business days.
- Priority Mail Express: $9.90, arrives in 1–2 business days.
Delivery estimates are counted in business days from the date your order ships. We currently ship within the United States.
Will I get tracking?
Yes. Every order includes tracking. You'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships.
Returns & refunds
What is your return policy?
You can return any item within 60 days of delivery. Return shipping is free, and there is no restocking fee. Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll issue your refund to your original payment method. Full details are on our Return & Refund Policy page.
How do I start a return?
Use the self-service returns page or email us at support@vantortimepieces.com with your order number, and we'll send you a prepaid return label.

How do I care for my watch?
Keep it away from extreme heat, avoid contact with perfumes and solvents, and store it somewhere dry. Our Warranty & Care page has full care instructions.
Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept the payment methods shown at checkout, including major credit and debit cards. All prices are in US dollars (USD), and any applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout.
Is checkout secure?
Yes. Payments are processed securely through our payment providers, and we do not store full card numbers on our systems.
